2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a refund under this Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Timely Contact: You must contact our customer support at hello@noyellplan.com within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Adherence to the Plan: You must demonstrate that you have followed the NoYell App plan for at least 7 consecutive days.
Evidence of Completion: You must provide evidence of completing the daily lessons or tasks. Acceptable forms of evidence include screenshots or videos of the completed sections within the app.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@noyellplan.com with the subject line "Refund Request". In your email, please include:

Your account email address
The date of your purchase
The required evidence of adherence to the plan (screenshots or videos)

Our support team will review your request and the provided evidence. If your request meets all the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

4. EXCLUSIONS

Please note that refunds are generally not granted for reasons such as:

Lack of time to complete the plan
Finding the plan too difficult or not matching personal preferences
Changing your mind after purchase
