Subscription Terms

1. SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW

The NoYell Service is provided on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription ("Subscription"), you gain access to exclusive digital content, updates, and features within the NoYell App.

2. BILLING AND PAYMENTS

By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method the subscription fee for each periodic billing term.

Billing Cycles: Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, every 4 weeks, or every 12 weeks) depending on the plan you selected at checkout.
Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current regular rate unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date and that all fees are paid on time.

3. INTRODUCTORY PRICING

Some plans may offer an introductory price for the first billing term. After the introductory period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price disclosed during checkout until canceled.

4. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your access will be terminated.

5. REFUND POLICY

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are made only in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee Policy or where required by applicable law.

6. CHANGES TO PLANS AND PRICING

We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans or adjust pricing. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any significant changes, and your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
